In "Fotofest", I shot a picture that describes the actual scene of the Chinese photographers unions when they are organized to shot beauty and nature. It is ridiculous that each photographer must pay some money to attend this event. So it is a commercial business rather than an artistic practice. Therefore I invite my models to celebrate this event too. But my "photographers", nearly 600 people, composed of retired cadres, students, unemployed people, construction workers and etc, came to shoot the ladies in Matisse's Dance. They hold fake cameras and videocams made out of Styrofoam.
